Maybe your focus on other people’s needs is making it hard for you to express your own, or maybe you are noticing that miscommunication and overwhelm are making it hard to find the connection and intimacy you long for. I work with people who want to build whole and healthy relationships with themselves AND with the important people in their lives. I will help you develop skills and strategies that will support you in navigating life challenges and transitions in a wholehearted, embodied, and connected way.
I am passionate about providing strengths-based, sex positive, and queer affirming care. I have training in working with LGBTQIA+ folks, grief and loss, parenting, and older adults. I use a variety of approaches in my work, including attachment theory, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming or intimidating. I will create a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental space for our work together.
