I am here to empower the women I serve and help reclaim their identity, autonomy and inner confidence. I am a therapist who deeply understands the severe impacts of trauma and I understand the value of safety and trust when processing and navigating the heavy emotions that can come from trauma and other challenges life can bring. I believe therapy should be non-judgmental, accepting and supportive regardless of what is said or done.
I am experienced in helping women find healing through various types of trauma including physical, sexual, emotional and religious harm. Other issues treated have included anxiety, depression and low self-confidence. I use warmth and unconditional acceptance to create a safe space for you to explore your current challenges, goals and values.
