Trained at USC, and licensed in 1997, I’ve worked in varying settings as well as raising children and living abroad. In my practice, I see teens, adults, couples and families who are coping with trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting and relational issues, are victims of DV or crime or want to find more meaning in life.

I care about your well-being, and provide the support, guidance and tools you need in order to gain insight, grow, change, and heal. I utilize psychodynamic, solution focused, cognitive behavioral, body oriented and various other treatment modalities.
