In my time of being a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist I have used my education, training and work experience to meet clients where they are at with their current presenting problems to address: anxiety, depression, trauma, disruptive behavioral problems, self-esteem, communication tools, ADHD symptoms, family conflict, organizational skills, emotion regulation, coping skills, social skills and more.
I have experience working in a non-profit clinic and private practice settings. I have been trained in 2 Evidence Based Practices: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and MATCH-ADTC (Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems).
Deciding to begin therapy can be a daunting experience. I am here to meet clients where they are at to provide support and tools to meet all of their goals. I believe in the importance of building a strong, professional therapeutic relationship between client and therapist.
