Laura is an integrative clinician who primarily uses play therapy, EMDR, CBT, and solution focused modalities to help individuals heal from trauma as well as manage stress and other uncomfortable emotions.
In addition to play therapy, Laura has received extensive training in solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and crisis intervention.
