In my practice I believe each patient is unique, and I tailor my therapy sessions to meet the needs of each individual. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Acceptance and Commitment therapy during each session and weave in other techniques and theories such as Internal Family Systems, and more as needed.
