I am here to help you work through these challenging times in a safe and open space. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children with a wide range of mental health difficulties. I also bring life experience to the sessions.
I use a variety of treatment methods including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I believe our life experiences, both past and present, impact how we think, feel, and behave. Knowing this, we can work together to make positive and effective change.
I have experience helping clients in multiple settings and levels of care including, clinical settings, in-home behavioral health, and school settings. Creating an inviting, non-judgmental space is my first priority with clients, as well as keeping open and honest communication.
