Using IFS informed EMDR therapy, I specialize in helping women shift away from the distressing hold of trauma and childhood wounds into a joyful and fulfilling life. My own road to healing is life long. This is about you not me, but my life experiences & dedication to growth helps me know how to support you.
IFS informed EMDR helps my clients decrease the emotional intensity of challenging memories or beliefs so they can intentionally choose their path forward. I also use other modalities and it's always your choice. Counseling is hard work & requires effort & dedication. Life is worth working hard for & I am dedicated to walking with you along the journey.
