My style is warm, attentive, thoughtful and practical, and my approach to therapy is informed by psychodynamic and relational methods.
I bring to my work more than 15 years of counseling experience: 5 years counseling college students and adults with mental health issues, 10+ years providing career counseling to law students and lawyers, and 2 years providing legal advice as an attorney.
I have helped individuals gain valuable self-knowledge, explore their feelings and aspirations, and identify and modify patterns of behavior that interfere with their self-esteem, relationships, and quality of life.
