My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for you to freely express your thoughts and feelings about life's complexities. Together we will work on making changes to benefit your life. I believe everyone is capable of change, but does not know how or want to put in the work. I want to motivate you to succeed at creating the life that you want. My specialty includes substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships, & severe mental illness. I work w/ adolescents, adults, couples, & families. I also focus on relationship patterns, and how to identify and change habits that prevent closeness and intimacy. I value Mindfulness and acknowledge that every person is unique.
