My passion is to come alongside people and work together to minimize the lingering effects of past experiences. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for developing coping skills to manage the ongoing stressors of daily life and heal from trauma and PTSD. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem, or have the desire to improve your relationships, I look forward to helping you move forward feeling supported and empowered through EMDR.
I have specialized training in trauma focused, evidenced-based interventions, to help women heal from anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and relationship issues. I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Mindfulness, and sex therapy.
My practice is online-only, which offers additional convenience without the hassle of commuting to an appointment. Busy schedules dominate our lives, and telehealth provides an opportunity to meet virtually so you can make the most of your time. I am genuinely invested in my clients’ healing and growth and look forward to working with you.
