Life is messy. People get stuck, or wounded or overwhelmed by changes they don't want or understand and aren't "handling." And sometimes speak or act in unhelpful ways. Sometimes those ways become addictions and they hurt themselves, or the people they love and feel worse. And things don't get better. Time alone isn't enough. Let's do something about it.

We can use narrative reconstruction or talk therapy or breath-work or relaxation/visualization to find authentic solutions that work for you. I have found EMDR to be helpful for so many people.
