I'll tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs, utilizing a variety of strategies such as hypnosis, EMDR, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), stress management, relaxation, CBT.
My specialties include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming), clinical HYPNOSIS, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), stress-reduction, mindfulness, cognitive-behavior therapy, diagnostic / personality assessment. My theoretical orientation is integrative, drawing strongly from humanistic, existential, psychodynamic, and Jungian perspectives. My personality is warm, supportive, interactive, and humorous.
I have experience in the areas of infertility, adoption, and multi-racial families. I enjoy working with people of the LGBTQ community (including same-sex couples), as well as with heterosexual individuals and couples.
