I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including ACT, CBT, CPT, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
I believe in offering non-judgmental, empathic, and culturally-competent mental health care. To reduce barriers to engaging in treatment, I offer flexible scheduling, sliding scale fee structure, and I file reimbursement claims on behalf of my clients.
