Each individual possesses, within themselves, the resources needed for positive change. Sometimes, we just need a little help finding them! I work alongside clients to help them gain insights into themselves and their lives that allow them to access those resources and become the version of themselves that they desire to be. Using a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, I help clients explore how their life experiences have shaped their perspectives and affected their mental health, and I help them to identify changes they would like to make in their lives and within themselves.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical hypnotherapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families on their journeys toward emotional and relational wellness. I utilize traditional talk therapy, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness techniques to support clients in their healing and personal growth.
I have experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, ages, sexual orientations, and with various presenting issues. I prefer to work with clients ages 12+. I am currently accepting new clients and I look forward to getting to know you!
