I primarily specialize in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events and who may feel a bit stuck as a result. I'm trained in TF-CBT (under 18) and EMDR, two different approaches that help alleviate the symptoms that trauma leaves behind. I have a flexible and eclectic approach to therapy in order to best tailor my services to your needs.
