I have a passion for helping people and in the therapeutic space I strive to provide a warm and supportive environment for children, adolescents, adults and couples to navigate all phases of life. I believe that healthy relationships are often the key to improved mental health. I also have training in perinatal mood disorders through Postpartum Support International. I enjoy working with individuals and families through the perinatal journey, from family planning, to pregnancy, postpartum, and overall family adjustment during this time.
I support individuals of all ages as well as families through anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns and trauma. I also support couples in learning to communicate more effectively, navigate difficult transitions, and repairing lost connection in their partnership as well as family planning, pregnancy, and postpartum stressors.
With a person-centered and humanistic approach, I work to help clients achieve their desired goals and be the best versions of themselves. The work of building healthy relationships, as well as processing and repairing the wounds of past relational hurt, can lead to healing and thriving in our own lives.
