Being invited on the journey with the individuals I work with is an honor. I believe the relationship between the therapist and the client is the key to successful forward movement. I have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy but I believe in meeting the client where they are when they come in the door and work to provide a safe and empathic environment in which to assist the client in meeting their goals.
Working with those who feel nervous, anxious, sad, or depressed is my area of expertise. Working to help clients find their path is my goal. Whether through individual, family, couples, or group work I can join with my clients on the path to wellness. Collaboration is the key to success.
I specialize in assisting individuals in finding peace and comfort through the use of deep breathing and guided imagery. Tapping into all of the senses helps us find comfort and allows for the individual to be more receptive and open to the therapeutic process.
