Hello! My practice primarily consists of adults and couples. I help people to overcome both common and unique problems. I am well versed in the treatment of anxiety and depression. I have clinical experience with couples issues that often arise from developmental transitions, ruptures in trust and difficulty communicating. I am in ongoing training and consultation in the area of couples therapy so I stay on the cutting edge of treatment developments. I see therapy as a sacred space to work through the underlying issues that keep us stuck in our suffering and I find it deeply exciting to work alongside individuals and couples!
Among the most dynamic and often stressful time periods of life are during developmental transitions. I am also passionate about working with young adults/college students through those transitions. It takes courage to seek help and I look forward to meeting you with warmth and understanding.
