My 18+ yrs of experience allow me to tailor a therapeutic approach to each client's needs. I provide support to manage trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, & coaching for career challenges. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral, harm reduction, mindfulness, humanistic, & psychodynamic processing.
I have been safely and conveniently offering my services online since 2013. I am happy to provide monthly superbills for out-of-network benefits for any insurance company's panel.
