Deciding to start therapy can be a daunting process. I provide a supportive, engaging and welcoming therapeutic environment to explore the problems keeping you from feeling your best self. I am deeply committed to helping clients improve their quality of life and specialize in treating those struggling with trauma, dissociation, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and grief/loss.
While I utilize a number of therapeutic approaches, my primary focus is EMDR therapy (for more information visit emdria.org) and parts work. I specialize in exploring the core issues that keep clients from living fully in the present. Above all, I believe a strong therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is vital for growth and change.
