Welcome! I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma histories to include child sexual and physical abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence, body image, and day to day obstacles. I provide a warm, welcoming and compassionate space to be yourself. I take a person-centered approach with all of my clients. So much of the healing in therapy takes place within the therapeutic relationship. Building this foundation is a priority for me.
I am trained in Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I want to laugh with you and celebrate your wins, while also holding space for you during the times that you may struggle.
