I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with clients in their teen years up to late adult years. If you are someone who is struggling with feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unfulfilled, therapy is a great place to explore those feelings and find ways to overcome and move forward. Often times feelings of depression, anxiety and self doubt can be brought on by stress, life transitions and a sense of not being fulfilled. My passion is to guide others on their own path to healing so they can live up to their true potential.
In sessions I strive to provide a supportive, safe, non-biased environment to explore who you are and where you want to be in life. Whoever you are, wherever you have come from, you belong. Together we will partner and explore ways to better cope with life experiences and stressors so you feel empowered to move towards a path of healing and fulfillment.
I am clinically trained in both CBT and CPT, so whether you are trying to cope with trauma or severe anxiety I believe I can assist you. My ultimate goal is to allow each client to feel heard, respected and empowered. I believe in the strength of community and relationships.
