Our experiences in life - relationships, career, family and community - bring us joy and fulfillment, but also challenges, stress, and loss, even trauma, anxiety, illness and depression. As young adults and adults, when these critical life events are left unaddressed, symptoms and stresses we carry can contribute to illness, work problems, psychological issues, unhealthy behaviors, isolation and low self worth. My clinical psychology and psychotherapy practice is founded on 35 years of education, training and writing, and experience. I maintain a private, small and dedicated practice geared toward personal, deep and consistent, connection to explore needs, goals and barriers to your best health and wellbeing, from brief short consults to longterm growth.
I offer an atmosphere of privacy, trust and support during life's most trying times with warmth, compassion and long experience along with a deep understanding of our emotional development over time, our dreams and the inner workings of our minds.
