I have over 18 years in mental health: foster care, addiction, community mental health & private practice. While trained in several approaches, I focus on your goals. In our therapy sessions: You can gain education and skills so you can be intentional with your actions. You can stop the beliefs/thoughts that drive unwanted and unhealthy behaviors.
