My mission and heart is to provide an honest, safe, and compassionate place where my clients can find relational healing and wholeness. I am glad you are here. You are not alone. My therapeutic approach is grounded in my belief that we are wired for relationship with ourselves, others, and God. I am a wife, a mom, and a professional. My hope is that this allows you to feel like I am coming alongside you and you have a deep sense of being heard and understood on many levels. In our work together, my desire is that you will find practical, long-lasting ways of changing your relationships, experiences, and interactions.
My work is influenced by attachment theory, internal family systems (IFS), and narrative therapy. I am also trained in EMDR, a therapeutic approach that uses eye movements to reprocess traumatic events so that the disturbing material is remembered and felt in a new and less distressing way.
Currently, I see individuals and couples on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I would love to meet with you and see if I would be a good fit to come alongside you as you explore your story.
