I offer the options of Office, Telephone, and Zoom. I have 36+ years working with clients who want to learn new coping skills, and to set boundaries with others. Are you feeling overwhelmed and trying to figure out what to do next? I can help you if you struggle with codependency or social anxiety. Perhaps you are wanting to make a big life decision or feeling stressed about day to day issues. I also have experience working with adults traumatized as children and victims of violence/ PTSD. I offer a Cognitive Behavioral Approach to working through issues. I combine compassion with a focus on learning new behaviors. I offer virtual and telephone therapy for clients who want to reduce transportation time to appointment's, want to work with someone outside their community, or feel more comfortable in their own space.
I understand change is not easy and provide compassion while being direct and encouraging change if a client wants to feel different. I will not tell you what to do but I will help you gain insight into what is bringing you to me and discuss different outcomes.
