I specialize in anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, and specific phobias. I also specialize with college students, divorce recovery, and men's issues
I appreciate how developmental challenges, lack of lifestyle management, and clinical anxiety can dovetail into an unmanageable experience. I use tools in my practice that are empirically supported such as Prolonged Exposure and Response Prevention. I have a behavioral view of change, and believe that it is through action that we begin to change our minds!
