I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized therapy to adults. Whether you're in Nebraska or Iowa, I offer both in-person sessions and telehealth options to meet you where you are. Throughout my career, I've been privileged to work in diverse mental health settings, and I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals navigating perinatal mental health issues, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I have particular experience working with those who have faced the heartbreak of miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant or child loss.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, and person-centered therapy, always tailoring my approach to best support you. I am also trained in EMDR and have completed level 1 training in IFS.
In 2021, I earned my Perinatal Mental Health Certification, the most comprehensive training available in this specialty. I am licensed in Nebraska, Iowa, and Washington.
