I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist trained in a variety of expressive therapy techniques and EMDR. I love helping people discover their best self and work through healing from the past. Though I utilize traditional talk therapy, I also love using art as a method to help access emotions or experiences for which there may not be words.
I am also level 1 and 2 trained in mindfulness based EMDR and working toward certification.
It is important for me to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients to share emotions, find healthy coping strategies, and facilitate healing. Together, we can explore how your experiences have shaped who you are today, understanding more about yourself and ultimately becoming the best version of your authentic self.
