Do you wonder where it all started? Do you ever think there could be a better way? In our work together we will look back at patterns, struggles and pain to trace the development of anxiety, depression, panic or other mental illness in your life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use my experience and training to help clients make the connection between their current struggles, and patterns that stretch back through their lives. Whether we are focused on the issues in the present, symptoms of anxiety or depression, or working through past trauma, the goal is to find strength and peace to live our best lives.
I use evidence-based approaches that are catered to the needs of each person I work with. I am an open and affirming therapist, welcoming clients of all gender identity and sexual orientation. My experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, religions and cultures allows me to work with you to find the approach that will best meet your needs.
