I am a Staff Psychologist at McLean Hospital and Instructor in Psychology at Harvard Medical School. My compassionate and collaborative approach has helped clients strengthen their ability to overcome difficult situations, and given them the confidence to create healthier relationships with themselves and with others. I have expertise tailoring my interventions to each client, and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic, and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) strategies in sessions.

After completing a year long rotation at an Obstetrics & Gynecology clinic, I have focused on providing therapy to those with prenatal and postpartum concerns, fertility challenges, & high risk pregnancies. I also provide guidance with managing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and relationship/couple issues.
