I enjoy working with all adult populations regarding a variety of issues and am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I pull from humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic frameworks to suit my clients' needs. I strive to empower my clients to make changes while cultivating self-compassion and radical acceptance. I'm also EMDR-trained and certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
