I specialize in college/graduate students and adults who are feeling overwhelmed or experiencing life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ identity issues. My goal is to empower you to grow in awareness, overcome obstacles, and live in alignment with your values (not what your family or society tells you to do or be). I’ll incorporate various tools and techniques from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy.
To me, successful therapy is based on safety and trust. Therapy is incredibly vulnerable, and I take the responsibility of creating a warm, safe, non-judgmental, respectful space for you very seriously.
