Welcome! My name is Laura. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/ Psychotherapist accepting new clients for individual and couples therapy. Over the past 10+ years of experience working in the mental health field, I have helped my clients explore the potential for optimum functioning that resides within them and have helped them gain clarity in difficult times. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, OCD, negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, substance use, history of trauma, psychosis, personality disorders and identity development.
My innovative program combines counseling and coaching methods with neuroplasticity training to achieve your full potential, find direction and accomplish your goals. I use a variety of approaches including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and ERP (Exposure Response Prevention).
I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, practical solutions and a comprehensive and collaborative approach tailored to your needs.
