My name is Laura. I am a licensed clinical social worker, and have been working with individuals and families for over 20 years. I have experience in working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I specialized in working with individuals who have a trauma history, including domestic violence and narcissistic abuse.
I believe that therapy is a place where you are able to speak about how you are feeling in an open, safe, and non-judgmental space. You have the capability to make the necessary changes and overcome any obstacle you are facing. Being able to be your true self is one of the strongest components of good mental health.

Virtual Domestic Violence Healing Group
Experiencing a domestic violence situation is traumatic and can cause a survivor to feel isolated and confused. In this group you will join others who have similar experiences and can often offer comfort and healing. This support group offers a safe and caring environment for survivors to heal from their traumatic relationship, improve coping skills, and develop healthy relationships. The group leader has been through similar experiences and is skilled in helping others manage their situation.
