I won’t rush you but instead will help you within your own timeframe. The therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy and we want to make sure it's the right fit. I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and have been practicing for many years in various roles within the counseling and social work communities. I gained further knowledge working at a pain management clinic. It is these settings which have provided me with a deeper understanding of how to effectively address your needs from a holistic viewpoint.
Some of the main areas I counsel in are anxiety, depression, stress, and difficult relationships. Close to my heart is helping others with chronic pain and illness. As a child and adult who has experienced chronic illness myself, I understand the challenges that can arise from such difficulties. I want to equip and encourage others on their health journey.
