I work with individuals challenged with addiction, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders and attention / hyperactivity disorders in adults, teens and children.
I integrate a trauma-informed care practice with humanistic, client-centered, and psychodynamic approaches. I have a strong background in multi-media arts. My expertise lies in combining creative arts therapy techniques along with the therapeutic properties of dance, movement, photography, music, and play therapies.
Our practice is In-Network with all Healthfirst Insurance (Commercial & Medicaid plans) and all Cigna plans. For clients going through Out of Network benefits, you will be issued a “superbill” which is an itemized statement to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
