Raising humans (and being one!) is challenging beyond measure. Adults come to me to work through parenting/life stressors, trauma, and mental health issues, including Perinatal/Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Kids see me for anxiety, social struggles, and trauma treatment. As a client-centered and attachment-based EMDR therapist, I customize my interventions to suit your unique needs.
