Relapse Prevention Planning
If you suffer from relapses, relapse prevention education is one way to help you stop and begin to enjoy the sober lifestyle. I offer a 7-week online group course that takes you through the process of developing your personal path to relapse and establishes a path to sobriety. This small group of 4 to 6 participants offers privacy and confidentiality. Applications are taken over the phone - call between 10 a.m and 4 p.m. Tuesday thru Friday. The next group starts January 12, 2023 at 7:00pm.
