I believe each of us has the ability to heal from emotional wounds and the resulting damage to our sense of self worth. In order to heal, the source of the “original wound/s” must be identified and how these wounds are currently affecting our feelings, choices, and behaviors today. Personal boundaries are often affected and people pleasing/codependent relationships are also common. A willingness to put up with unacceptable and abusive behaviors as well. The first step in healing is in recognizing there is a problem. The next is the willingness to do the hard work. The best work one could ever do.
I would describe my approach as eclectic. I specialize in helping people recover from emotionally/mentally abusive relationships with disordered people such as those with Narcissistic Personality Disorder or significant traits and those who may be on the Sociopathic spectrum.
