I have a specialized interest in couples counseling and enjoy assisting clients with saving or strengthening their relationships. I conceptualize clients from a developmental and social systems lens and utilize a combination of traditional talk therapy as well as planned, goal-based interventions.
I work with adults, couples, and families surrounding issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, communication, coping skills, grief/loss, substance abuse, separation/divorce, low self-worth, work stress, parenting struggles, high-conflict relationships, overcoming past trauma, and life transitions and adjustments.
