I am deeply rooted in a person-centered, empowering approach and see all behavior as nervous-system based responses. I incorporate elements of Polyvagal Theory, and body-based regulation strategies into all of my work. I also utilize cognitive-behavioral and family systems approaches both in play therapy and individual work with adults and caregivers.
