I often work with creatives, professionals, and college students who wish to find a balance between implementing their talents in the world while pulling back from overwork and stress. Once individuals gain mastery over thoughts, feelings, and relational challenges, they are often called to the deep inner work of clarifying who they truly are.
I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an evidence-based therapy approach, to help people relate to their minds differently. This brings a greater capacity for peace and self-trust while reducing suffering even under difficult circumstances.
I am a relational, strengths-based therapist who often looks at how relationship and societal structures can contribute to challenges in well-being. I also enjoy thinking symbolically and creatively. Therapy with me will not feel rudderless as we will collaborate on an ambitious, shared vision for your goals and how we can get there together.
