Balancing the demands of life can be stressful and anxiety provoking; I am here to help. With the fast pace of our society as well as the definition of the family system changing-many have difficulty dealing with a variety of life stressors. As a result some may struggle to cope with everyday obstacles that can effect their emotional and physical health/wellbeing as well as hinder relationships and work performance. I have experience with clients that may be dealing with depression or anxiety-as well as couples counseling. I also have knowledge of the school system and can assist with ones career and or life goals.
I work with clients on problem solving and self awareness which assist the individual in coping with life's difficulties. I also work with clients suffering from depression and anxiety as well as those struggling with their sexual orientation/gender identity. My end goal is to empower the individual and to show them productive ways to restore happiness.
My clients can always count on me to lend an empathetic and non-judgemental ear. I can easily adapt and relate to a variety of presenting problems due to my vast amount of experience.
