I am Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. To help my clients with various challenges, I use a Person-Centered approach along with Psychoanalytic, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Trauma Informed-Care and Motivational Interviewing. I like to over a calm yet focus environment. Therapy tends to help explore various emotions and its important for clients to feel safe and secure.
At a young age I had a desire to help people with various issues as a forward thinker and with further knowledge and education over the years, I've been presented with opportunities to educate clients and many people on how to change the dynamics of their situations for the better thorough new thoughts and behaviors.
