Often times life throws many curve balls that makes you feel overwhelmed, stuck, lost and fearful. I am a New York State Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in child welfare, hospital behavioral health settings and schools which have afforded me the opportunity to craft my skill of helping others live fulfilling lives.
My goal is to empower individuals by using the right tools, a supportive environment and the use of strengths based, solution focused framework. By working together, I can help you identify unhealthy thought and behaviors patter and build on your strengths to navigate life's stressors and live your best life.
