My therapeutic approach is holistic and culturally competent. I have a cognitive behavioral/social learning perspective and I use a variety of evidenced-based techniques (i.e., cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused brief therapy and, talk therapy) because no two individuals are the same.
During our sessions there may be times that we have some difficult conversations however, I will be nonjudgmental, empathetic, and authentic.
