In our aspirations to find love, peace and happiness we develop healthier relationships with self first and with others. In my practice I walk along side my clients on this journey of self fulfillment with a non judgmental and compassionate stance.
I specialize in mood disorders including anxiety and depression. I am also trained with a trauma focused approach to assist adult clients with interpersonal relationship problems, anger management, stress, grief and loss and substance misuse.
