I have over 10 years of experience working in various clinical settings.
I humbly assist individuals who are dealing with concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, relational problems, and conflict resolution with specializations in Cyber Bullying and working with adoptive families in transition. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy frameworks to address thought processes and behaviors.
